Oyster Masterclass

Our Oyster Masterclasses are currently being hosted at our Battersea Power Station restaurant. Intimate and informal, classes are for up to 12 guests and held in our private Coal Room.

Our legendary 2 hour oyster masterclasses are an opportunity for anyone oyster obsessed or curious to learn more from our oyster experts. All things oyster is on the agenda! First, the theory part: dispelling myths, understanding health benefits and going through the growing process of these super sustainable shellfish. Then, you'll taste our way around the British Isles eating our favourite oysters, and try some dressed and cooked too. Our oyster master will offer plenty of time to ask questions, so you'll leave confident in your knowledge and ready to impress all your friends!
